Richard Greenberg, JD, LLM, CPA and David M Schulman founded Greenberg & Schulman in 1989 to meet the legal needs of individuals and small to medium sized businesses throughout New Jersey and the New York City metropolitan area. The firm’s focus is on Estate and Trust Planning, Tax Law and Business and Corporate Law Planning. Mr. Greenberg is a member of the NJ, NY, Middlesex and Essex County Bar Associations as well as the Central Jersey Tax and Estate Planning Council. Richard will present the highlights from the 2016 Heckerling Institute which will include a review of the most significant legislative, regulatory and case law developments for 2015 and developments which affect planning in New Jersey.
